Fire pois are fun...except when they burn!

I tried playing with fire pois in Desaru. Never play with sub-standard cheap fire pois you buy in Bangkok. Because they are sub-standard and cheap. And the wick is liable to fly off and fire and unsuspecting passer-by.

one of the wicks went out. did i mention they were cheap and substandard? i couldn't do anything on them! not to mention i was scared shitless of them too.



this one featured both the wicks burning and i was attempting to do a 'butterfly', which i think wasn't that successful. anyway this pic i was only doing the entering stage of the butterfly move so it's not a butterfly yet technically? i burnt myself, by only by the soot on the fire poi as it whacked against my arms and i panicked.

confused as to what i am saying? go search 'poi' or look in some poi webpage. home of poi is a good starter but like i said; 'starter'.
